English: Our flat is located in Berlin Neukölln - Weserkiez . The location is exceptionally convenient. Cosy cafes a variety of bars and restaurants all around. The canal is in walking distance and beautiful parks and green areas are approx. 1.5-2km away and are easily accessible on foot. There are many second hand/ vintage shopping opportunities. I will make recommendations and am always open to questions. There is a nice track almost next door and suitable for sporting outdoors. Our living room is flexible with a sofabed and has approx 20 m2 with a cosy morocco corner, where you can chill and relax after a long day in Berlin. The room has a beautiful south side balcony with sun ( also entering the room ) almost all day long. There are curtains though if it gets too much for you ;) We also have one bedroom with a large cosy bed and a sofa and small workdesk. You will find some fitness equipment and yoga mats in the flat which are free to use. You will also have a spacious kitchen and bathroom, both equipped with everything you need, just like home. German: Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin Neukölln - Weserkiez. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich günstig. Gemütliche Cafés eine Vielzahl von Bars und Restaurants rundherum. Der Kanal ist fußläufig erreichbar und schöne Parks und Grünanlagen sind ca. 1,5-2km entfernt und leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Second Hand und Vintage. Ich gebe gerne Empfehlungen und bin immer offen für Fragen. Eine schöne Laufbahn befindet sich fast nebenan und eignet sich für sportliche Aktivitäten im Freien. Unser Wohnzimmer ist flexibel mit einem Schlafsofa und hat ca. 20 m2 mit einer gemütlichen Marokko-Ecke, wo man nach einem langen Tag in Berlin chillen und entspannen kann. Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Südbalkon, auf den fast den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint (auch ins Zimmer). Es gibt aber Vorhänge, falls es Ihnen zu viel wird ;) Wir haben auch ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen, gemütlichen Bett, einem Sofa und einem kleinen Schreibtisch. In der Wohnung finden Sie einige Fitnessgeräte und Yogamatten, die Sie kostenlos nutzen können. Außerdem gibt es eine geräumige Küche und ein Badezimmer, die mit allem ausgestattet sind, was man braucht, ganz wie zu Hause.
