You can walk 100m to the bus station and then travel by bus to the different directions. You can also walk 10 min. to the metro train Station Friedenau. From there, you can easily reach the central part of the city . Playgrounds are within a few steps, even a skate park and soccer field. Not even 5 minutes away you find a place to buy groceries.
