English: Ich vermiete ein neu möbliertes und frisch renoviertes Appartement in der Friedensstraße, direkt im Zentrum des ehemaligen Ost Berlins, nahe Alexanderplatz, Strausberger Platz und fast am Park Friedrichshain. Das Appartement hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon, ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und Kommode und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne und mit einer Waschmaschine sowie eine extra Kammer, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, etc. sind vorhanden. Es gibt einen Fernseher und Wifi ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Ein Reinigungsservice alle zwei Wochen ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Sollte eine wöchentliche Reinigung gewünscht werden, kann diese für 30,- je Reinigung dazu gebucht werden. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr angenehm, freundlich und ruhig. Dieses Appartement bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Berlin braucht. Es ist 55 qm groß, liegt in der 2. Etage eines ruhigen Hinterhofs und ist dennoch hell. Es hat eine kleinen Balkon. Den Park Friedrichshain, kann man in knapp fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichen, dort gibt es Restaurants und zahlreiche Sportmöglichkeiten. Die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr grün. Unweit des Hauses sind einige Supermärkte, die teilweise bis 22 Uhr geöffnet haben. Dieses Appartement ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um von dort aus Berlin und seine Umgebung zu erkunden.
