There is a direct view to the Canal from the living room while the bedroom and workspace are located at the back of the building and are extremely quiet. The Maybachufer Market takes place twice a week just in front of the building door with fresh fruit and vegetables while on Saturdays it's a handicraft market.
The apartment is fully equipped and ready to live in. Furniture & fittings include:
Kitchen: AEG combi steam oven (pyrolysis, defrost, automatic switch-off, anti-fingerprint), Bauknecht induction herd, Bosch dishwasher, LG Washing machine, table and seating, full utensil sets.
Bedroom: Box spring bed (180 x 200) with TEMPUR hybrid mattress, working area, en suite rain shower and marble wash basin, sideboards, seating area, black out blinds.
Living room: Dining table for 6 persons, 6 persons sofa with double (160 x 200) or two single bed function, LG Ultra HD Smart TV with Netflix and blackout blinds.
