TranslateEnglish: We are excited to offer you our beautiful apartment on Glogauer Straße in Kreuzberg. The minimum rental period for the apartment is two months. The apartment is located between Paul-Linke-Ufer and Görlitzer Park - one of Berlin's most popular areas - in a Wilhelminian style building (“Berliner Altbau”) with all the classic features (wooden floors, stucco, original windows and doors). There are plenty of trendy cafés and restaurants nearby as well as local shops and supermarkets for grocery shopping. Our bright apartment is on the 1st floor, where you can sit on the balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of Glogauer St. The bedroom is located to the back of the building so it is nice and quiet at night.
The closest bus stop (M29) is right outside the house, the closest underground station is about 15 minutes walking. From there, the underground will take you to Alexanderplatz in just 10 minutes, Berlin Central Station is 20 minutes away and you will need 30 minutes to get to the airport (BER).
The apartment is super bright and furnished with, among other things, a large comfortable bed, WiFi, a washing machine, a wood decorated kitchen, lots of dishes and cutlery, a comfortable sofa bed, some of our favorite pictures, and everything else you need to live in Berlin. For anything you want to keep out of sight, there is a large built-in cupboard as well as a spacious cellar. The apartment itself is 40 square meters and we are also happy to provide items such as bedding, towels, kitchen towels, etc.

German: Wir freuen uns, Dir unsere schöne helle Wohnung in der Glogauer Straße in Kreuzberg anbieten zu können. Die Mindestmietdauer für die Wohnung beträgt zwei Monate. Sie befindet sich zwischen Paul-Linke-Ufer und Görlitzer Park - einer der beliebtesten Wohngegenden Berlins - in einem Berliner Altbau mit allen klassischen Merkmalen (Holzböden, Stuck, Originalfenster und -türen). In der Nähe gibt es viele nette Cafés und Restaurants sowie kleinere Geschäfte und Supermärkte für den Lebensmitteleinkauf. Unsere Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, wo Du vom Balkon aus das Treiben auf der Glogauer Straße beobachten kannst. Das Schlafzimmer liegt auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes, so dass es nachts angenehm ruhig ist.
Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle (M29) befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort aus ist man mit der U-Bahn in 10 Minuten am Alexanderplatz, der Berliner Hauptbahnhof ist 20 Minuten entfernt und zum Flughafen (BER) braucht man 30 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist super hell und ausgestattet mit u.a. einem großen bequemen Bett, WiFi, einer Waschmaschine, einer Echtholz Küche, viel Geschirr und Besteck, einem bequemen Schlafsofa, einigen unserer Lieblingsbilder und allem, was man sonst noch zum Leben in Berlin braucht. Für alles, was man nicht sehen möchte, gibt es einen großen Einbauschrank und einen geräumigen Keller. Die Wohnung selbst ist 40 Quadratmeter groß und wir stellen auch gerne Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchentücher etc. zur Verfügung.
