We may be away for longer, but that is not yet clear. It is a 2-room flat with a large living room, a beautiful terrace with a view of the "Samariter-Kiez" and a fantastic view over the whole of Berlin (from the accessible roof). The flat is located on the 5th floor in a renovated old building. There is no lift (!!) The living room and terrace are especially beautiful in spring and summer. Enjoy bright sunshine all day long! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock in einem sanierten Altbau. Es gibt keinen Aufzug (!!) Wohnzimmer und Terrasse sind besonders schön im Frühling und Sommer. Genießen Sie den ganzen Tag strahlenden Sonnenschein!
