English: The apartment's location is prime, nestled in the heart of the city, just a 5-minute walk from Alexanderplatz station and adjacent to the Hampton by Hilton hotel chain, among other establishments. Regarding our proximity to neighboring districts, to the north lies Prenzlauer Berg, a charming residential area adorned with local bars and restaurants. To the east, Karl-Marx-Allee boasts iconic architecture from the DDR era. To the west, Hackerscher Markt and Museum Island are prominent landmarks. Finally, to the south, Unter den Linden leads to the historic Brandenburg Gate and the civic district. Transportation options abound, with Alexanderplatz serving as one of Berlin's busiest transport hubs. Long-distance trains, local trains (U-Bahn and S-Bahn), trams, regional buses (including Flixbus), and local bus connections make it exceptionally well-connected. As for amenities, a supermarket is conveniently located around the corner, along with a 24-hour convenience store and a pizzeria across the road. The nearest gym, FitX, is just a 4-minute walk away, with at least two other options nearby. Having resided in this area myself, I can attest that it's challenging to find a location offering such ease of travel throughout Berlin while also being a delightful place to call home. The apartment, situated on the 9th floor, affords a pleasant view of Soho Haus and Prenzlauer Berg. Furnished with a 160 × 200 cm bed, sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, as well as a study table and chair for those who work remotely occasionally. And yes, we have a lift that stops directly on our floor, ensuring convenience for all residents! German: The apartment is situated right in the city center, 5 mins from Alexanderplatz station. In term of our position to the surrounding neighborhoods, to the north, we have Prenzlauerberg, a lovely residential area with their local bars and restaurants. To the east, we have Karl-Marx-Allee with an abundance of iconic architecture from the DDR times. To the west, we have Hackerscher Markt / Museum island (the name probably speaks for itself!). To the south, you can find Unter der Linden, the historical street in Berlin, leading to Brandenburg gate and the civic district. In terms of transport, Alexanderplatz is one of the busiest transport hubs in Berlin, with long distance trains, local trains (U-bahn and S-bahn), trams, regional bus (Flixbus) as well as local bus connections. It is definitely one of most well connected place in Berlin. For grocery shopping, there is a supermarket just round the corner from the building, as well as a 24 hour convenience store and pizzaria right across the road. Living in this area myself, I have to say it is hard to find a better area that allows you to travel easily to any part of Berlin, and at the same time is in itself a lovely place to live in! The flat is on the 9th floor, which offers a nice view towards Soho Haus and Prenzlauer Berg. And yes, we have a lift :)
