I'm looking for someone responsible who will take care of this cosy 1-room apartment (46,3m²).
You have a large selection of literature which you are welcome to use - the only request would be to put the books, CDs, records, etc. back in their place after use so that the order is maintained.
On the balcony you can relax, barbecue, read or just enjoy the sun.
The bed (2,05 x 1,11m) is a little bit separated, so that you can also retreat when having guests.
Bedding and towels are available and there is a small washing machine, too.
The kitchen is basically fully equipped and there are two induction hotplates. These are located in the kitchen cupboard and can be placed on the work surface as needed. This is very practical considering the size of the kitchen, because it gives you more space all together.

The apartment is located at Johann-Georg-Straße and is 1.2km from S Charlottenburg, 700m from S Halensee and 950m from U Adenauerplatz. Rewe supermarket) is right on the corner (290m), where you will also find a bakery, a pharmacy, McPaper with a post office.
Also on the corner, 290m away, you will find the bus stop of the M19 and M29, which will quickly bring you to the underground or train stations.

Ich suche jemanden, der verantwortungsvoll und achtsam mit dieser schönen 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (46,3m²) umgeht.
Du hast eine große Auswahl an Literatur, in der Du gerne lesen kannst - einzige Bitte wäre, die Bücher, CDs, Schallplatten u.ä. nach Gebrauch wieder an ihren Platz zu stellen, damit die Ordnung gewahrt bleibt.
Auf dem Balkon lässt es sich sehr schön entspannen, grillen, lesen oder einfach die Sonne genießen.
Das Bett (2,05x1,11m) befindet sich etwas abgetrennt, sodaß man sich auch bei Besuch super zurückziehen kann.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden, außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine.
Die Küche ist eigentlich voll ausgestattet und es gibt zwei Induktionskochplatten. Diese befinden sich im Küchenschrank und können je nach Bedarf auf der Arbeitsfläche aufgestellt werden. Dies ist bei der Größe der Küche sehr praktisch, weil Dir dadurch insgesamt mehr Platz zur Verfügung steht.
