The Station is only 200m away and from here you can easily reach the "Kudamm" -in the City West or the "Potsdamer Platz" in the City East. If you travel by car, free of charge public parking places are available streetside or in the middle of the Kaiserdamm. The apartment is very sunny and with it`s 43 m² and the open kitchen very comfortable equipped with oven, electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, dish and cutlery. Additionally, a coffee machine and hot water cooker are available. Part of the kitchen is a modern washing machine.
