The accommodation The 87 sqm flat is located on the SECOND floor (of a total of 4 floors) of a residential building that was completely renovated in 2022. The bright flat consists of a kitchen, daylight bathroom, a living room with dining area, the master bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and another bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). There is also a sofa bed in the living room so that a total of 6 people can sleep comfortably. All rooms lead off the spacious hallway, i.e. none of the rooms are so-called connecting rooms. Apart from the modern tiled bathroom, the flat is laid out with beautiful polished floorboards. The new kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, is fully equipped with the most important kitchen utensils, including a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and much more. Die helle Wohnung besteht aus Küche, Tageslichtbad, einem Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, dem Hauptschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 x 2,00 m) und einem weiteren Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (0,90 x 2,00 m). Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich zudem eine Schlafcouch, sodass insgesamt 6 Personen komfortabel schlafen können. Alle Zimmer gehen vom geräumigen Flur ab, d.h. keines der Zimmer ist ein sogenanntes Durchgangszimmer. Abgesehen vom modern gefliesten Badezimmer ist die Wohnung mit wunderschönen abgeschliffenen Dielen ausgelegt. Die neue Küche, mit Spülmaschine, Backofen und Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, ist vollständig mit den wichtigsten Küchenutensilien ausgestattet, u.a.
