Very close to Alexanderplatz where you have all the connections as tram, buses, local and international trains. The area is full with nice, chic and relaxed restaurants and bars and many supermarkets.
The apartment is at the 4th floor without elevator and is full of light, has a garden and a place bicycles in the courtyard.
The furniture in the apartment is mostly vintage with special pieces from the 30s till the 60s, many of which are family pieces. The bed is queen size 140 cm.
Wi-Fi is not currently in the apartment but can be arranged with a router ( at my costs).
German: Oase der Ruhe im Herzen der Hauptstadt. Die Wohnung liegt im angesagten Prenzlauerberg, aber ganz in der Nähe des Alexanderplatzes, von wo aus internationale und lokale Züge, Bis- und Straßenbahnen die ganze Stadt verbinden.
Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug, sie ist sehr hell und ruhig.
Bei den Möbeln handelt es sich meistens um einzigartige Vintage Stücke, die schon seit lang bei meiner Familie sind.
In der nahe sind viele trendy und chic Bars und Restaurants, es gibt verschiedene Supermarkets und einen Wochenmarkt.
