The world fames Eastside Gallery is 3 min by foot.
If you like Nature, you can walk to the Treptower Park witch is huge and has a Forest. I live here since 2.5 years and just LOVE this place as you can see in the Details of the Furniture. I have to Rent this Place because I have to be out of Town for at least 5 months. Ideally I would like to have someone who Rents this Place 3 Months or more.

Der Mercedes Benz Platz (Kino, Restaurants, Konzerte und Eishockey) und das gleichnamige Stadion sind in 5 geh Minuten erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind durch die Warschauer Straße in unmittelbare Nähe. Dort fahren die S Bahn und die U-Bahn. Supermarkt (Lidel) und Späti sind um die Ecke. Außerdem ist die Eastside Mall nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Dieses Penthouse ist absolut perfekt gelegen, da es zwischen der Spree und der Warschauer Brücke keinen Durchgangsverkehr gibt ist es hier sehr Ruhig ist. Parkplätze findet man immer vor der Tür. Diese werden Sie aber nicht benötigen, da eine Tiefgarage im Preis inklusive ist.
Idealerweise hätte ich gerne jemanden der dieses Penthouse für 3 oder mehrere Monate Mietet.
